Business Office
In
the Cheyenne Radiology Group business office, we are committed to
providing you with the best possible service for your insurance claims,
special billing, and balance due billing. Our billing office staff
consists of six billing representatives, a Posting/Refund Specialist, and a
Patient Service Representative. Our entire staff is available to assist
you from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Our answering service
accepts messages after hours and will forward them to the staff each morning,
if you wish to have a representative return your call. To ensure that the
patient-specific Billing Representative is notified, please leave the last
name of the patient and a daytime phone number with the answering service.
We pride ourselves in returning calls within 24 hours of the original
query.

In addition to our Billing Representatives, Cheyenne Radiology
& MRI staffs
three certified coding specialists (CCS-P). Our coding staff maintains
membership in the American Health Information Management Association
and the Radiology Business Management Association. Currently,
the staff is seeking radiology specialized coding certification
through the Radiology Business Management Association.
As a courtesy to our patients, Cheyenne Radiology & MRI files all
primary and secondary insurance claims. If tertiary insurance
is involved, we will submit claims provided we have the EOBs from
both the primary and secondary insurance. We file the majority
of our claims electronically. We are participating providers in
the following networks:

Workers' Compensation
Since
we have a free-standing imaging center, as well as work in
hospitals and clinics, you may receive more than one bill for
x-rays. We provide full service radiology at our office at 800
East 20th Street as well as interpretation services for many other
facilities. Should you receive a statement for service and are
unclear as to the service provided, please feel free to contact
your Billing Representative.
If
your services are provided at Cheyenne Radiology & MRI, we mail
or fax the report to the referring physician, as well as a copy
is kept with your x-ray. If you wish to have a copy of this report,
please phone your physician's office or the hospital.
